Sebaceous gland adenoma. The sebaceous lobules have lost the normal cellular maturation sequence. There is a peripheral layer (arrow) of small basaloid cells, with mature sebaceous cells centrally and transitional forms in between (haematoxylin and eosin, original magnification times 4).
