Activation of PRDIII-I reporter in TV7 and TGi14 cells transfected with GRX-1 and induced with Sendai virus. Cells were transfected with PRDIII-I3-luc (0.3 mug per well) and GRX-1 (0.4 mug per well) and 18 h later were infected with Sendai virus for 9 h. Luciferase values have been normalized by beta-galactosidase values (0.1 mug pGK–beta-gal reporter per well).
