Tyrosine phosphorylation of proteins in CHO cells transfected with Syk. A5 cells were transfected with Syk (+ Syk) or a control plasmid (-Syk) and 48 h later incubated in suspension (BSA) or allowed to attach to fibrinogen (Fib) for 60 min. Total cell lysates (20
