The recombination (marked by a red arrow) defining the minimal KS gene-containing region can be observed in pedigrees 114 and 126. Individuals included in the sequencing are indicated by black arrows. Red dots indicate individuals exhibiting situs inversus. The numbers beside marker names indicate the intermarker distances in kilobase pairs. Missing data are denoted by zeros. The genotypes of the parents in pedigrees 117 and 126 were deduced from the genotypes of the siblings.
