EBD Objectives

> The aim of Evidence-Based Dentistry is to alert clinicians to important advances in the practice of dentistry and its specialist areas by selecting from the biomedical literature those original and review articles whose results are most likely to be true and useful. These articles are summarised in value-added abstracts and commented on by experts.

> The objective of the CPD verification system is to increase the effectiveness of readers study, providing verification of the hours spent.

> Readers are provided with a mechanism to comment on the journal, or any of the articles or the verification system and to suggest ways it can be further improved.
