John D Altman & Mark B Feinberg

John D. Altman is in the Department of Microbiology and Immunology, and Mark B. Feinberg is in the Department of Medicine and the Department of Microbiology and Immunology, Emory University School of Medicine; both authors are also at the Emory Vaccine Center, Atlanta, Georgia 30329, USA. mbf@sph.emory.edu
