 Notation of donor sets is defined in the Methods section. chi 2-Tests were used to compare adjacent age intervals within the various groups. For example, P-values in the 30–44 years column indicate results of chi 2-tests comparing age intervals 18–29 and 30–44. The P-value marked with (*) has been calculated using Fisher's exact test since the preconditions of the chi 2-test were not fulfilled.
