Ligand activity at cannabinoid or cannabinoid-like receptors from three of the four superfamilies (7-transmembrane, transmitter-gated channels and nuclear receptors) of receptor: there is, as yet, no evidence for ECL activation of catalytic receptors. Scale within the target: - antagonist; + weak/no activity; ++ intermediate; +++ high relative activity; a blank space indicates the activity of the ligand has not been described. Indicated are five 7-transmembrane receptors (CB1, CB2, GPR18, GPR55 and GPR119), one transmitter-gated channel (TRPV1) and three nuclear receptors (PPARalpha, PPARbeta/delta and PPARgamma).
