M AG490 for 60 min, and then were treated with 20 ng ml-1 PlGF for 15 min. Cell lysates were run on 10% SDS–PAGE gels and then transferred to a polyvinylidene difluoride (PVDF) membrane and treated with the anti-phospho-ERK1/2.
