NEW COMPUTER SOFTWARE HELPS GPS SPOT FAMILY CANCER RISK

The use of 'decision support' computer software can significantly improve the management of patients concerned about their family history of breast and bowel cancer, according to a study published in the British Journal of Cancer today (Tuesday).

MOST WOMEN UNAWARE OF VIRUS LINK TO CERVICAL CANCER

The majority of UK women are not aware that cervical cancer is caused by a sexually transmitted virus called Human Papillomavirus (HPV), according to researched published in the British Journal of Cancer this week.
