Mean postdose urinary Suramin concentrations by dose level (see Table 1). This represents the concentration of urine drained from the bladder at the end of the 2-h instillation. Error bar equals 1 s.d. Differences between groups are highly significant (two-tailed t-test, variances not assumed to be equal P<0.01).
