Expression of PDXP in various human normal tissues and cancer cell lines. The PDXP cDNA was labelled with alpha-32P-dCTP and hybridised against the Multiple Tissue Expression Array consisting of normalised, polyA RNA spotted on a nylon membrane as denoted in (B) PDXP transcripts are most abundant in the nervous system (columns 1–3) (A). The cDNA probe hybridised with E. coli DNA, probably due to several identical nucleotide stretches.
