The department undertakes a wide range of maxillofacial surgery including surgery for orofacial malignancy, orthognathic surgery and post traumatic surgery. The Postgraduate Dean confirms that this placement and or/programme has the required educational and Deans approval. This is a busy department and previous experience is desirable. There is daytime on-call for Oral and maxillofacial Surgery, there is no night or weekend on-call duties with this post. This is a rotating appointment over one year with University Hospitals Coventry and Warwickshire NHS Trust, South Warwickshire Hospital and George Eliot Hospital. There is a six month probationary period. In order to be considered, applicants must hold Full registration with the General Dental Council or General Medical Council and a full driving licence is preferable.
