Midlands-based uniform manufacturer Ameerah has launched a new range of uniforms that have been created specifically for dental and healthcare professionals by a high street designer. Its first range of female, male and unisex tunics, trousers and scrubs has been designed to offer the wearer maximum style, comfort, quality and fit, all at an affordable price.

Ameerah was founded by Kalsum Bibi-Buller, who has designed collections for top fashion retailers such as Zara, Top Shop and Marks & Spencer, and her sister Sughra Khaliq, who has trained beauty and healthcare professionals worldwide. The pair decided to launch the company after Sughra found it impossible to find stylish, good quality uniforms that fit correctly.

Ameerah's new dental and healthcare range is a stylish and colourful collection; each garment has been designed with features such as side vents, action back pleats and elasticated waists, which allow freedom of movement and flatter the figure without being revealing.

The range is available in a wide range of colours and modern fabrics, which ensures that they will not fade or shrink. And because Ameerah uses the Gerber sizing system, which is used by high street stores, if a woman is a size 14 at Marks & Spencer, she will be a size 14 at Ameerah.

All of Ameerah's designs can be tailored to incorporate corporate colour schemes and embroidered or badged logos and the company is happy to source specific colours and fabrics – regardless of the size of order. The range included traditional looks and colours as well as fresh designs and modern shades. The stitching is strong and the fabric can be washed and ironed time and again without shrinking or fading.

The company can cater for everything from large contracts to individual orders. It also offers a bespoke tailoring service allowing practices to create uniforms that complement their corporate identity.
