Resistor class components were designed with a 642.5 μm channel side-length, allowing resistance to be manipulated by channel length that is achieved by snaking and coiling channels within individual resistance components. Expected Resistance and Error (2σ) determined through Monte Carlo Analysis from measured channel side length, which statistically ensures that 95% of designed components will fall within the stated resistance tolerance.
