Transfer RNA Activities of Rous Sarcoma and Rous Associated Viruses

Abstract

The 4S RNA from Rous sarcoma virus (RSV) and Rous associated virus (RAV) contains different populations of tRNAs. It is suggested that the RSV genome controls which tRNAs are carried by the virion.
