Since the publication of the above paper, the authors noticed that the affiliation of Umberto Balottin and Fausta Piazza is incorrect. For both the co-authors the affiliation is Child and Neuropsychiatry Unit, University of Pavia, IRCCS Fondazione C. Mondino, Pavia, Italy.
