Abstract
A SECOND example of the disturbance of the ionosphere by an earthquake has been documented at the University of Hawaii after the August 11, 1969, Kurile Islands earthquake. A detailed study of this phenomenon associated with the May 1968 Japanese earthquake has already been presented1.
