Aberrant Karyotypes and Spontaneous Abortion in a Japanese Family

Abstract

CHROMOSOME aberrations involving trisomy, monosomy and translocations may be aetiologically related to-spontaneous abortion in humans1–3. We describe here a family in which translocations seem to be associated with repeated spontaneous abortions.
