Abstract

THE production of S and V antigens of influenza virus has been widely studied1–6. We have investigated the accumulation of influenza virus in susceptible tissue cultures by both the direct and indirect fluorescent antibody techniques and the S and V antigens were simultaneously detected by the indirect method.
