Controlled Use of Adsorbents in Enzyme Purification

Abstract

PUBLISHED methods for the purification of many enzymes specify the use of Cγ-aluminium hydroxide gel1 or calcium phosphate gel2 as adsorbents, and Colowick3 has reviewed the use of these methods.
