Overnight Express Instant TB Medium was either autoclaved to sterilize or microwaved before inoculation with cells that contain the expression vector encoding 
-gal, GST or NusA. The average cell harvest OD600 was similar for each of the paired cultures. M, Perfect Protein Markers (10–225 kDa); T, total cell protein; S, soluble cell protein; I, insoluble cell protein.
